TeeJet AI3070 Air Induction Dual Pattern Flat Spray Tip
The AI3070 TeeJet Dual Flat spray tip uses anew design which gives you two spray patterns at complementary angles of 30° and 70° from vertical. The leading angle is sed to push up on the crop and provide coverage to the rear of the crop while also penetrating the crop canopy for coverage within. The second, or trailing, pattern will provide excellenct coverage across the top of the canopy. This kind of coverage makes this new teejet spray tip an excellent choice for application of fungicide and disease control.
Features of the Dual Air Induction TeeJet Spray Tips:
- AI3070 is highly drift resistant due to the drops that are produced through the use of a venturi air aspirator
- The passages used in this tip are round and large to prevent clogging!
- Also has a removable pre-orifice for fast and easy cleaning
- Provides two flat spray patterns at a wide angle for excellent uniform coverage in broadcast applications
- Full poly acetal construction for resistance to chemicals and wear
- 30° leading angle lifts and penetrates even the denseist of canaopies for optimal penetration
- 70° trailing angle follows up with maximum coverage accross the top of the crop
- Optimal spray pressures range from 20 - 90 PSI
