Here's what to do if you need to return a original condition part to 1. Ensure that your purchase occurred 30 days or less from today's date. 2. Prior to returning any parts, contact for a Return Authorization Number (RA#) by emailing or calling us at or phone toll free in the US and Canada (877) 475-9939.

To expedite the process, please have the following information ready: receipt number and email address
Be sure to indicate which part numbers and quantities are being returned and the reason for the return. RA Numbers are valid for 30 days; however, please review the specific rules (above) for time restrictions based on the type of return.

Please Note: NO credit will be given for parts returned without an RA Number or for parts not specifically listed on the Return Authorization Request. Be sure to specify in your request all parts you would like to return. There will also be no credit issued on parts that are not in original condition and/or have been installed or especially had chemical or even water run through them in operation.

You will receive an email from us within 24-48 hours (excluding holidays & weekends) with your RA Number, along with complete return instructions.

Make sure your RA Number is prominently displayed on the outside of the box. To expedite your credit, please include a copy of your original invoice inside the box. Note on International Returns: All packages being returned to from outside the USA MUST be marked on the OUTSIDE of the box as a "Return of Merchandise" to avoid additional taxes, customs/duties and brokerage fees. Any paperwork filled out for shipment should also indicate that it is a return of merchandise previously purchased and the date of the original purchase so there is no confusion that this is a return of merchandise on which customs/duties have already been assessed and paid.

Once we have received your return, conducted an inspection of the returned parts and verified that your return meets the above guidelines, a refund for the returned parts will be issued to the same account used to make your original purchase. All applicable sales taxes (if any) will also be refunded. Sorry, no credit will be issued for any freight or other charges.

You will receive an email from us indicating the amount credited to your credit card or PayPal account. Please note that credit on your credit card statement may not appear immediately, depending upon the policies of your credit card issuer.
