It has been manufactured with a polypropylene frame that increases chemical resistance, strength, and pressure resistance, which makes it the ideal choice to handle a versatile array of chemicals. These would include applications for handling salt water, waste, and cooling water for industrial applications, as well as herbicide, insecticide, and fertilizer applications.

Features:

• 1/4” male thread by 1/2” hose barb
• 90° angle
• Withstands pressure up to 150 P.S.I at 70° Fahrenheit
• Performs within a temperature range of -20° to 150° Fahrenheit
• NPT threads present
• Polypropylene frame reinforced with glass

Sealing:

• Use a pipe thread sealant
• Do NOT use pipe tape
• Pipe tape can split the female thread since it widens the outter diameter of the male thread
